OVERVIEW:

Victoryswap.com is new approach for video exchange and distribution. Coaches have total authority and control over who has access to their game videos. No one may download a video without the specific approval of the coach. With Victoryswap.com, the game is filmed and then uploaded to the Victoryswap.com server by a coach or camera man. The coach then allows access to the next opposing coach for each game that he wishes to share ( usually the last two games). Players and family can also download game videos as allowed by the coach with a Team Password and with the purchase of an individual game or a Season Pass subscription. The Team Program also benefits when parents purchase a Season Pass subscription by receiving $30.00 for each subscription sold ( minimum of 10 required) . This is a true win-win situation.

How VictorySwap.com Works

VictorySwap comes with State of the Art Video Capture Software for paid subscribers. You will wonder how you ever got along without it. Simply hook up a camcorder with a 1394 (firewire) connection and you can record simueltaneously to a computer. Then after the game is filmed hook up your computer to an internet connection and upload. That's it. The game is now ready to be exchanged, viewed or downloaded. It really is that simple. Don't have a camcorder with a 1394 (firewire) connection? Mini-DV camcorders with 1394 connections are available over the internet for as low as $149.99. Still want to use your camcorder? You can get an AV converter for live capture or you can use the VictorySwap Video Capture Software to capture you game from the camcorder through a USB connection from the camcorder.

Uploading film:

VictorySwap.com is as easy to use as email. Simply shoot your game film with VictorySwap Video Capture Software,hook up your computer to the internet, log in to VictorySwap.com, go to upload videos, add your game to the upload box and upload.

TIP: if the camera man is listed as an assistant coach then he can upload the game Friday during the night. The game will be ready for download the next morning.

Downloading film:

Login to VictorySwap.com by entering your username and password. Click 'Download Videos' from the menu. Choose from the game you want to download from the games that you have been granted access. To download the game right-click with your mouse and select 'Save target as'. Give the game a name to 'Save As' on your computer. By clicking 'Save' the game will be saved to your computer's hard drive and will be ready to view or import into an editing system. Note: if you 'double-click' with the mouse, the game will play for you to view but it will not be saved to your computer for further viewing.
